WORKOUT NOTES:
3 min dynamic warm up
Tabata Workout 20sec work - 10sec Rest - 8 Movements I divided in night and low impact
Jumping Jacks
180 degree squat jumps and touching the floor
High knees raise
Squat with a core twist
Hand walk into a plank and jump
3 triceps pushups with 3 jumping jacks in plank position
Abdominal work by touching the heels
On plank one knee cross with a shoulder tap
My suggestion is to do this 3 o 4 rounds ! In each exercise I have a low impact modification
