Warm Up Round
3 Rounds with 60 second rest in between sets
40 seconds Jumping Jacks
10 Cossack Squats (per leg)
10 Reverse Lunge with reach (5 per leg)
10 Push ups
Work Sets
4 Rounds with 45 second rest in between
20 Mountain Climbers
16 Prisoner Tall Kneeling to Stand (8 per leg)
12 Single Leg Glute Bridges (12 per leg)
9 Tricep Dips (with chair)
Core Finisher
4 Rounds Continuous rounds (no rest until all 4 rounds are complete)
20 seconds Hallow Hold Flutter Kicks
20 seconds Left Side Plank
20 seconds Right Side Plank
20 seconds Plank
