His most-recent accomplishment includes winning Best Social Media Program and Best Email Campaign in 2011 from the Internet Marketing Association and the communications industry's most prestigious honor-- the Silver Anvil award from the Public Relations Society of America in 2008 for best issues management program. In 2007, Ted was honored as the "PR person of the year" by PR News magazine at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C.
