Reggie Escalante, also known as Oakley OC, kicks-off session 4 at The OC Social Media Summit, hosted by Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, CA. In this talk, Reggie will teach you how to use Social Media to support charities and non-profits by using tools, strategy, identifying your target audience, and by utilizing an execution plan.

Reggie Escalante got his start as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), in the private equity industry, on the East Coast. Through his experience interacting with heads of state and influential investors, he learned to choose his words wisely and observe his audience. His transition with Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) went from working with investment clients to preparing clients for business negotiations and later to becoming a personal dating coach, on whom a television network is now basing a show. As a happily married husband and father to two boys, Reggie is one of the most loved tweeps in Orange County, and was named a "Top Five To Follow," by OC Metro Magazine.
