Haiti has suffered many disasters, including hurricanes, political corruption and a massive earthquake in 2010. Many organizations have worked to bring aid to this struggling nation, but it is still the poorest country in the western hemisphere. With over 40% of its population unable to access clean water, Crossroads Relief & Development has sponsored an innovative water filter initiative that hopes to change that.
