It's been said that up to 10,000 addicts live in the 12 block radius that makes up Vancouver's Downtown Eastside. Many are homeless and have no way to clean up. That's why Drew Snider launched The Lord's Rain, a shower ministry that povides facilities, supplies and a warm cup of coffee for those struggling with life on the street.
