During this week's segment, York looks at what players do when they want to celebrate a play on the field, whether it be a touchdown scored or a big defensive stop or turnover.

In recent years, the NCAA has added rules to try to lessen the excessive celebrations following a touchdown. NCAA Football Rule 9-2, Article 1(a) (1) (d) prohibits "Any delayed, excessive, prolonged or choreographed act by which a player (or players) attempts to focus attention upon himself (or themselves)." Violators of the rule can be penalized 15 yards on the ensuing kickoff if an official deems a player's actions to be too much.

With the newer guidelines in place, players have found a tasteful way to show their enthusiasm on the field following a big play without showing up their opponent.
