Everybody who is alive has a calling by God on their life. Many people miss that calling and they go do their own thing—That's why they're unhappy, unsatisfied, and unfulfilled. Because you'll never be fulfilled doing your plan. You're only going to be fulfilled if you figure out what is God calling me to do.
