03:22 Pastor Bob Yandian continues his teaching from yesterday. “Faith is the substance of things hope for, the evidence of things not seen”. (Hebrews 11.1)
05:55 Through faith they escaped the edge of the sword out, out of weakness timidity were made strong. (Hebrews 11:34) They got into battle and freak out not knowing what to do but they put their faith in the Lord, their weakness turned into strength.
08.40 The Blood will run for 185 miles up to the horses’ bridles. God has been putting off His wrath and vengeance for so long during the church age. We are in dispensation of His grace. God will ultimately reach a point where He can’t go any longer, His wrath will be poured out not because He is against them but because He is for us, He has to protect us.
11:00 There are “just wars”, standing up defending our country against those who want to come enslave and take the name of Jesus away from us. These are the types of war that God will help defend. “For many fell dead, because the war was God's”. 1 Chronicles 5:22
13:50 Blessed be the Lord my Rock who trains my hands for war and my fingers for battle. (Psalm 144.1) God’s Word is what teaches and instruct us on His thinking on war.
17:12 Where did Gad and Reuben learn not to fight in war? From their parents, and eventually your children will learn from you. Pacifism is contagious. It discourages people around you. See Numbers 32:6-9.
18:54 When the Word is preached, see Numbers 32:19-22, the Word has the power that even pacifists and those who don’t want to fight see the importance of fighting for your nations.
20:11 “So Joshua took the whole land according to all that the Lord has said to Moses; and Joshua gave it as an inheritance to Israel according to their divisions by their tribes and the land rested from war”. (Joshua 11:33) The land rested after military victory. God destroys ungodly nations who attack and suppress other nations for their own folly.
23:13 “But now, he who has a money bag, let him take it, and likewise a knapsack; and he who has no sword, let him sell his garment and buy one.” (Luke 22:36) Simply saying, after I am gone, you need to carry your weapon.
