We want to become men and women God can trust with His purposes. We can be the most unlikely ones, and no one knows our names. We might have minimal family support or resources. We might be the runt of the litter and the most overlooked. But if we choose to cooperate with God, His purposes will bring significance to our lives in time and for eternity. The determining factor of your significance is not your season of life or whether you’ve checked all the boxes secular culture recommends. It’s your willingness to cooperate with Almighty God. Folks, the eyes of the Lord are scouring the earth looking for men and women whose hearts are turned towards Him. You have that authority. Begin where you are and say, “God, I want to walk before You in uprightness. If You leave me right where I am, doing what I’m doing, I want to do that for Your glory.” Then watch God bring significance to your life. You may be overlooked by most, but you’re not overlooked by God!
