Liberty University's Lady Flames Volleyball Captains Melissa Racz and Caroline Douglas talk about what it means to be a leader in collegiate sports.

Racz and Douglas believe that a leader is one who is there for their team. This is true with Douglas leading on the court, and Racz demonstrating leadership on the bench, in practice and in the locker room.
