Jesus paid for our heaviness on the cross. Therefore, we no longer have to carry the burden of this world, for He already has. In Matthew 11:30, Jesus declares, “My yoke is easy and my burden is light.” What a beautiful invitation to exchange any heaviness you feel today for the all-encompassing peace of Jesus Christ!
