Ralph Waldo Emerson said, "The gods we worship write their names on our faces, be sure of that. And a man will worship. That which dominates will determine his life and character. Therefore, it behooves us to be careful what we worship, for what we are worshiping we are becoming." All people become what they worship, and this is why we have launched our series "God is ____". Thus far, we have seen that God is light and that we should be light, in Him. We learned that God is righteous, and we are to be righteous, in Him.

Continuing in our series this Sunday, Pastor Daniel will explore how God is pure from 1 John 3. We all long to be pure, as He is pure. How are we purified, and how does it translate into our daily life?
