God's not mad at you. He loves you and He sent Jesus to take your penalty for sin so that you personally could draw near to Him...and receive His forgiveness and peace. Whether you've been raised in church or not, that God's NOT mad at you can be a hard one to swallow...given the tape recorded messages we might be hearing in our head about how rotten we are.
