This week’s spiritual discipline comes from the book of Samuel. When Samuel was a young boy, his mentor Eli taught him what it meant to hear God’s voice. Samuel was taught to pray: Speak Lord, for your servant is listening. Act on this prayer in faith and God will start to speak to you and push you in a particular direction.
