In this week’s edition of Politics Today, we will be discussing the publication of the much-anticipated Sue Gray report looking into the parties that tool place at Number 10 when strict covid19 rules were in place. This is the biggest scandal to rock the leadership of Boris Johnson with serious questions over his ability to govern as Prime Minister.

Sue Gray and senior civil servant was asked to produce a report looking into the accusations that Number 10 had broken their own Covid19 restrictions laws and after weeks compiling the report only twelve pages have been published. Which poses the question why and the police are now investigating sixteen parties at 10 Downing Street.

Sue Gray in her damning report she warned of “a serious failure to observe not just the high standards expected of those working at the heart of government, but also of the standards expected of the entire British population at the time”.
