On October 9, 2013 at Convocation, North America's largest weekly gathering of Christian students, Pete Wilson spoke to students and faculty about understanding the true power of their words. He explained that words are equally as life giving as they can be hurtful and proclaimed that "we have the ability to heal people with our words."
Pete Wilson is the founding and senior pastor of Cross Point Church in Nashville, Tennessee, a committed church community that he and his wife, Brandi, planted in 2003. Pete gained national attention in 2010 when Thomas Nelson published his best-selling book, Plan B, a title that has been printed in five languages.
