This is a hypothetical question of what the implications would be if evolution (by the most expansive definition) was to be the case. The question was about how this would impact belief in God.

I know this is a touchy subject for so many people and while I don't hold to abiogenesis or universal common descent (though I'm quite open to various other levels of evolution and genetic change) I think it is healthy to process these questions because of the wrong thinking that has so often said to people, "If evolution is true then there is no God." That is a really silly way of thinking.
