When Dave used to work in the engineering field, he took a stand for what was right and guys would come over to his work area and try and tell him a dirty joke and Dave would say, "Why are you doing that? You know I don't want to hear that stuff." See, you don't have to just sit and let people fill you full of garbage because they feel like doing it. Speak up and let them know you don't want to get into that kind of conversation. And when you take a stand for what is right then when people get into crisis they will come to you to find out what to do. This world needs us to stand up and do what is right.
