Horst Schulze, legendary hotelier renowned for creating a culture of service, spoke to more than 2,000 Liberty University faculty and staff at an event that recast the vision of the "You Matter" campaign on June 19, 2012.

Schulze is the founder and CEO of the Capella Hotel Group and the founding president and former COO of Ritz-Carlton.
