Psalm 119:11; Romans 12:2

Today Ms. B reminds us that the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of rest. God can and will give you His rest, regardless of your circumstances.

Question: Have your thoughts lately reflected God's nature, or has it felt more like the enemy has been trying to discourage, worry, or condemn you?

Take Action: Invite the Holy Spirit to sift your thoughts today. Meditate on His Word, so that God's thoughts replace any thoughts that don't need to be there.
