Head of a Servant Leader - Hour of Power with Bobby Schuller
Pastor Bobby continues the four-sermon series entitled “Lead Like Jesus.” Based on a seminar by Blanchard and Hodges, this series will teach what it means to lead and influence others, not in the way that the world teaches us, but in the way that the Lord teaches us. Today’s message: “Head of a Servant Leader.”
Dr. Hugh Ross is an astrophysicist who founded the organization Reasons to Believe, which researches scientific discoveries and provides evidence to prove Creation, Christianity, and God’s existence. The organization showcases that science and a Biblical faith can intertwine and work together cohesively. Dr. Ross has shared his findings in a number of books, as well as in news articles and podcasts. He is also a teacher at A.W. Tozer Seminary and Southern Evangelical Seminary.
Sarah Grandpre is the director of Voices of Hope Children’s Choir and a member of the Hour of Power Choir. She has over ten years of teaching and directing experience in choral music, musical theater and vocal technique. Sarah performs, “It’s All About You/Take My Life and Let it Be” (comp: Paul Oakley). She is accompanied by Dr. Marc Riley and the Hour of Power Orchestra.
Sarah Grandpre & Connor Smith perform, “Psalm 23: Surely Goodness, Surely Mercy” (comp: Shane Barnard). Sarah is the director of Voices of Hope Children’s Choir and a member of the Hour of Power Choir. Connor is a Los Angeles-based performer, studio vocalist, arranger and composer. They are accompanied by the virtual Hour of Power Choir, directed by Dr. Irene Messoloras, and the Hour of Power Orchestra, directed by Dr. Marc Riley.
The Hour of Power Choir, along with soloist Preston Parker, directed by Dr. Irene Messoloras, goes virtual and performs “Baba Yetu” (comp: Christopher Tin). The choir is accompanied by Zach DeChance on the piano, Zeljko Marasovich on the organ, and Dr. Marc Riley and the Hour of Power Orchestra.
