What God has done in our past is going to be absolutely essential for us to complete the assignment in our present and in our future. He has provided for us. He has delivered us. He has healed us. He has forgiven us. We have seen His power demonstrated in the midst of our community of faith over and over again, in many ways. We need that awareness in order to complete the course that is before us because we're not finished trusting Him. The challenges will grow greater, the deception more intense, the manipulation more frequent, and we will need to choose to yield to God more fully and more completely than we ever have before.

Our deliverance isn't going to come from governmental systems, or politicians, or ideologies. It will come through the power of the cross and the person of Jesus of Nazareth.
