This week’s spiritual discipline is on the little things, or the little way, which comes from Therese of Lisieux, a 19th century saint. She believed that as you live your life, you are to look for the little things you can do to help your neighbor in order to bless them. This week, ask the Lord to reveal those opportunities to you so that you can be a blessing to someone else.
