Until we have an accurate view of the forgiveness we have received from God, we will find it difficult to forgive others. As we grow in our understanding of our own sin and Christ’s salvation, however, forgiveness becomes second nature. While there are always consequences for sin, those who are loving and wise will seek reconciliation.
