Faith & Fear: They're Not Antonymous - Bishop T.D. Jakes
Leading by faith does not mean fear is absent from our lives. It’s our faith in Christ that brings us power over our fears. We are made up of three parts: A soul that links to self-consciousness, a body that links to world-consciousness, and a spirit that links to God-consciousness. We can either allow fear to attack those parts, or let faith build them up. When we give way to fear, we act on feelings rather than faith. When we give way to faith, we rise above any uncertainties in stride. What are you acting on today: faith or fear?
