Irvin Baxter is the founder and president of Endtime Ministries. He is an author, publisher, broadcaster and international prophecy teacher.

Irvin and his wife Judy pastored the Oak Park Pentecostal Church in Richmond, IN for 32 years. In 2005, they resigned the pastorate and moved to Dallas to give themselves fully to Endtime Ministries. Irvin and Judy have three wonderful daughters. They and their husbands are all full time in Christian ministry.
