Every single one of us has a mental health story – one that is unique to us and to our lives. There is often a stigma that is attached to mental health but thankfully over the last few years, there have been so many people that have told their stories. All throughout the scripture God talks about mental health struggles and addresses it. Even Elijah struggled through mental health as well we examine his story. God wants us to understand that we are not the first nor the only ones to face this struggle.

If we go to the doctor when we have broken our leg, why don’t we seek the same help when we are broken mentally?
