Every time we go to God in prayer, we should wholeheartedly believe that we’ll receive what we’re asking for. But the words we say OUTSIDE of prayer are just as significant as what say DURING prayer. Be honest: How many times have you gone to God wanting Him to bless your marriage or your finances, but then turned right around and complained to your friend how bad your spouse was or how broke you were? You can say all the right things in prayer but undo them by declaring doubt and unbelief immediately after. If you want your words to carry spiritual weight, we have to speak like God speaks with words of faith in our daily lives.
