I am in a nursing home. I am on a ventilator with a trach in my neck from a collapsed lung. I am unable to use my arms and when walking I can't stand up straight. The ventilator prevents me from eating solid food and talking. Does God hear my prayers and praises when I speak to him through my thoughts, even though I can't talk?
