For children living at Parkview Arms in Oxford, Ohio, getting to school became difficult as their pathway became overgrown and inaccessible. A team of college students from Miami University (OH) joined GO Local projects one weekend to work towards creating a safe way for kids to travel to and from school.

During GO Local week, we go into our neighborhoods and do exactly what God calls us to do: serve others. We get our hands dirty cleaning up trash, planting gardens, making friends—turning love into practical, physical reality. It’s how the church shows the world what Jesus looks like.
