God has used “Before the Throne of God Above” to encourage countless Christians in their fight against the crippling burden of condemnation. The lyrics remind us that when the “accuser of our brothers” raises his voice (Rev. 12:10), we can look up to the perfect Savior who “made an end of all our sin” (Hebrews 9:26). Christ has become not only our means of forgiveness before God, but our “perfect, spotless righteousness." We took the opportunity at the 2022 WorshipGod conference to record a new version of Before the Throne because the life-changing truth of the gospel never gets old. It just gets better.
