I remember doing premarital counseling for couples, and inevitably when I asked why they wanted to get married, the reply would often be, “He/She makes me so happy.” While that sounds nice, the truth is, nobody can make you happy. Happiness is an inside job, and it's not based on what happens to you. I want to encourage you today to root your happiness in Jesus!
