If 70 to 80 percent of Americans are not attending church on a regular basis, believers must take the church to them. To see our cities, states, and nations change, we cannot sit idly by and watch our pastors or local church leaders bear the responsibility for change alone. A pivotal experience with a coworker refocused Tom Darby on the importance of sharing Jesus in the workplace. In many ways, Tom is a product himself of a marketplace missionary outreach. In this workshop, he will be sharing some basic principles and stories from his 35 year journey as a marketplace missionary.
